SPD, Lightning, Earthing & PV Safety Guide Training
Course Overview
The SPD, Lightning, Earthing & PV Safety Guide Training is a specialized course designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to ensure the safety, protection, and reliability of Solar PV installations. The programme covers the principles of electrical safety, lightning protection systems, surge protection devices (SPDs), earthing and grounding techniques, and the application of industry safety standards in photovoltaic systems. Participants will also learn how to identify electrical hazards, prevent system failures, conduct inspections and testing, and implement effective risk management strategies. Through practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises, learners gain the competence to install, maintain, and troubleshoot PV protection systems while ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
