High Voltage & Car Battery Training
Course Overview
The High Voltage & Car Battery Training is a specialized programme designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to work safely with high-voltage electrical systems and electric vehicle (EV) battery technologies. The course covers the fundamentals of high-voltage systems, lithium-ion battery technology, battery construction and operation, Battery Management Systems (BMS), charging systems, and energy storage integration. Participants also gain hands-on experience in battery diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and high-voltage safety procedures. Through practical training and real-world applications, the programme prepares learners to confidently service, maintain, and manage high-voltage systems used in electric and hybrid vehicles while adhering to industry safety standards.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the principles and operation of high-voltage electrical systems and electric vehicle technologies.
- Identify, inspect, and safely work with lithium-ion batteries and other EV battery technologies.
- Design, configure, and manage high-voltage battery systems using Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Diagnose, maintain, and troubleshoot high-voltage battery systems and charging equipment.
- Apply high-voltage safety procedures, electrical protection measures, and emergency response protocols.
- Integrate battery storage technologies with renewable energy and electric mobility applications.
- Follow industry standards and best practices for the safe operation and maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicle systems.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Educational Background: Basic knowledge or experience in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related electrical field.
Entrance Exams: Applicant who passes the both entrance and interview.
